Adobe patches Flash with emergency update

Adobe pushed out an emergency patch for a flaw in its popular Flash Player that was being exploited to attack Windows, Mac and Android users.

The cross-site scripting vulnerability, which also affects the Linux and Solaris operating systems, “is being exploited in the wild in active targeted attacks designed to trick the user into clicking on a malicious link delivered in an email message,” Adobe wrote.
